Our Commitment

GGTools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our users. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly and in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to Submit a Takedown Request

If you believe that content on GGTools infringes your copyright, please send a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent at:

Required Information

Your takedown notice must include the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the original copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) on GGTools where the infringing content appears.
3. Contact information — Your full name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Physical or electronic signature — The signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the affected user (if applicable) of the takedown
• Maintain records of the takedown for a minimum of 10 years

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address. The counter-notification must include your identification of the removed material, your contact information, a good faith statement, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

GGTools will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
